strategic alliance with Knowledge Partners, Inc. (KPI), a recognized
world leader in Information Architecture and the Business Rules
approach. KPI was founded in 1997 by Barbara von Halle whose recent
book, Business Rules Applied (Wiley, 2002) documents the
company's preeminent Business Rule System Development STEP™ Methodology.
