CHANNEL MARKETING MANAGER

Position Summary
Position Summary The channel marketing manager will be responsible
for developing and executing marketing programs that directly
support the company's channel-driven revenue goals. This individual
will work with Corticon's channel sales team and our partners
to develop joint messaging and collateral, coordinate partner
field enablement activities and tools, and manage cooperative
marketing programs that generate demand for Corticon-powered products.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Product and Field
Marketing.
Specific Responsibilities
Create and manage channel marketing program infrastructure.
Web portals
Training and Certification
Lead management program, in conjunction with inside sales
team
Marketing Calendar
Coordinate the development and dissemination of marketing
materials, with Corticon product marketing and partners' marketing
organizations
Joint value proposition and key messages
Joint Collateral
Targeted Demos
Manage partner co-marketing plans and programs.
Set quarterly
co-marketing goals.
Manage the execution of joint marketing campaigns'
Provide ongoing support for partner marketing efforts.
Communicate with sales counterparts on demand gen needs, priorities,
and results. Coordinate Partner Field Enablement activities.
Work closely with product marketing to ensure effective delivery
of sales tools and training to the internal and partner field
organizations.
Coordinate Certification program.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Requirements 4-6 years experience in high-tech marketing programs.
History of marketing with and through a channel.
Experience with complex enterprise business partnerships
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, demand gen and
marketing communications.
Excellent writing skills, especially with respect to campaign
communications.
Creative, out of the box thinker.
Good attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
Excellent program management skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise software market.
Self starter, comfortable working in a fast paced software company.
BA required, MBA degree a plus
