MARKETING PROGRAMS MANAGER

Position Summary
The Marketing Programs Manager will manage the programs and activities
to drive awareness, leads and pipeline for Corticon products. Working
closely with members of the marketing and sales organizations, this
person will play an integral role in a smart, dynamic, exciting
team. Key areas of responsibility include:
Specific
Responsibilities
- Event Management: plan and coordinate trade shows, seminars,
and conferences.
- Demand Generation: manage execution and measurement of Web casts,
direct mail, and other programs.
- Tracking and Measurement: measure and report on effectiveness
of marketing programs.
- Marketing Database: Manage and maintain the customer/prospect
database in salesforce.com
- Lead Management: Track and measure incoming demand. Work closely
with inside sales on lead qualification and distribution.
- Program Management: Own and grow the marketing programs function.
Includes driving internal communications, maintaining the marketing
calendar, consistently reporting on results, managing internal
and external relationships, and pushing the envelope with new
and innovative ideas.
Required
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years experience in enterprise software marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative demand
generation.
Programs to support direct and indirect sales organizations.
Proven ability to track, measure and proactively report on program
effectiveness.
Experience working with and managing outside agencies and vendor's.
Experience with database marketing and salesforce.com
Creative, out of the box thinker.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong follow-through and execution
skills.
Strong project and program management skills.
Self starter, comfortable working in a fast paced small company.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related
field.
